More about Pink Sugar
Pink Sugar is brand-new local beauty brand for Pinays of all ages. If you’re fierce, fun, and quality-conscious but on a tight budget, we dare you not to fall in love with this entire line. Marked by catchy names and creative packaging, each product provides good-for-you benefits in a wide selection of wearable colors curated by makeup experts to complement Filipina skin. Pink Sugar products are free of parabens and not tested on animals.
I love them all! The packaging is simple yet sturdy, and I think it is classy too! I love the simple black cap with a pink print on it! The tube itself has a nice silver color, and the lip color is seen at the bottom with the shade names printed as well. It is also lightweight, so it is perfect to put inside your purse!
All these four shades are perfect for Pinoys and Pinays who are looking for the perfect everyday lipstick! Hotline Bling, the bright pink lipstick, is perfect for the night out or when you want an instant pop of color when you are looking too pale. Hehe.
Girl Next Door is Peachy Nude Shade.
Hot Mess is a cool-toned nude pink. Easy to wear and my fave!
Hotline Bling is obvs the hot pink!
XoXo is a brownish pink shade. Definitely the crowd favorite!
These lipsticks are so comfortable to wear. They do not dry down to a flat, bone- dry, matte finish but they definitely hug the lips and last longer than any other similar priced lipsticks. They will fade when you eat or drink, but not so much. They still leave some on the lips and you can just retouch if you like.
The Maybelline Creamy Matte Lipsticks are more velvety compared to this because this feels creamier but not sticky at all. The scent is a very mild sweet vanilla but it does not linger. The lips need to be prepped first before wearing this because it can be difficult to glide on dry, chapped lips. Hot Mess did not provide enough moisture on my lips when I wore it but it also did not make it dry or chapped too.
Are they worth it? Absolutely! I honestly love these lipsticks. You know that I have tried a lot. It’s been a long time since I bought MAC lipsticks because there are really a lot of affordable great lipsticks out there! Try this and you will not regret it!
That’s all for today! See you on my next blogs!
