Pinterest Made Me Do It is a series that I came up with to show how I recreate looks that I find at pinterest.com.

Hi everyone! Today’s post is a new series on my blog, similar to a “Makeup of the Day” or “Eye of the Day” kind of post except that I will link or share the image to where I got inspiration from from pinterest.com! I love Pinterest because it allows me to quickly search for inspirations when I don’t know how to pair a certain lipstick to an eye look. I always go there for inspiration because there are tons of talented people out there! I also have different boards where I post different items, not just makeup! I thought of using my Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette for today’s look. I searched and saw the image below which is very easy to do, and perfect for day time or work.

I won’t be limiting myself by strictly copying the image because most of the time, I want to add something more, like maybe a cat eye liner, or a voluminous mascara, which I always love to do! So let me now show you my look!

I followed all the colors used in the Pinterest image except that I spritz my brush with MAC Fix+ to intensify the eyeshadows more. I can’t live without my cat eye liner because I think it makes my eyes have a better shape. I also love to coat my eyelashes with tons of mascara for a very dramatic look.

What a great series idea! You did a really good job and I can’t wait to see the next “episode” 😀 I’ve been loving Pinterest since they added the send pin option. Your makeup, especially your eye makeup, is always on point, Juvy! I love Pinterest too. I once searched how to boil an egg on Pinterest and found SO MANY INFOGRAPHICS I CAN’T. I always lose myself in recipe pins haha. The Internet wins everything.

Napapanganga ako sa eye makeup mo. When I saw you at Inglot, I was trying very hard not to stare at your eye shadow for too long. The blending is always so seamless…
