OVERALL: Despite of all the Cons above, I am still in LOVE with the OCC Lip Tars! Vintage is a very pretty color that looks nice on my lips. It is perfect to wear for the holidays too. Hopefully, this will be locally available so that everyone can try it. I have more OCC Lip Tars to review, so be sure to come back for more.
