This post was supposed to be a Summer Series, but in the Philippines, summer is from March to May, while June to November is the rainy season. I got so busy with my wedding preparations, so I missed to blog all about it.
I want to share some red lipsticks that I have in my traincase. I love wearing this shade if I do not have much time to prepare. It really makes me look instantly gorgeous without exerting much effort! Agree?
Avon Vitaluscious Lipstick in Reviving Red

Aside from the red lips, it has a glossy shade and a moisturizing formula that contains Vitamins B, C, and E. This color is not so bright and bold, but still very flattering!

2. COVERGIRL LipPerfection Lipcolor in Hot
This lipstick is a blue-based red that fits all skin tones. When I say bold, this is the perfect match! I love that it stays for hours, and it does not dry my lips. I have another shade, that is Sultry, my favorite nude lipstick of this line.

I got three more recommendations, and they are NYX Soft Matte Lip Creme in Amsterdam, Revlon Colorstay Ultimate Liquid Lipstick in Grand Garnet, and Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in Romantic.

NYX Soft Matte Lip Creme is so raved about on blog reviews. It is very affordable, super pigmented, and super matte! It would be best to apply a thin layer of lip balm before applying this, so that it won’t feel very dry after a few hours. Still, this is one of my favorites!
Revlon Colorstay Ultimate Liquid Lipstick in Grand Garnet is my bet if I want a very long-wearing lipstick! It stays on even after I eat. It needs some time to set after application, but will surely stay intact throughout the day.
Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in Romantic is one of my favorites too! It is moisturizing, and leaves a stain (duh!) even after you eat, drink etc. I have different shades of this line, and I reach for them most of the time.
I can’t deny that my favorite color is Red, but I can’t just wear this shade of lipstick everyday. 🙂
