DRUGSTORE FINDS: Essence Pure Nude Highlighter Review & Swatch!

Happy New Year! Let me start off the year with my holy grail and most used highlighter ever since I got it last year. I am so late with my review but I just want to make sure that it is here on my blog. This product is a “YouTube Made Me Buy It” particularly by KathleenLights. She raved about this so much that’s why it convinced me to check it out.

Natural highlights! This Essence Pure Nude Highlighter adds natural luminescence to cheeks, temples, and brow bone for a gorgeous glow. The baked formula applies smoothly while the light texture blends easily for a natural finish. Not tested on animals.

Though I love seeing ladies wear blinding highlights, I know that I am not into it, especially for everyday wear. This Essence Pure Nude Highlighter really gives my skin that healthy glow and it does not have any chunky glitter.

A more exact color of the product. 🙂

See what I mean? It really gives you that natural glow.

Price

This costs 379 pesos in the Philippines and it has 6.5 grams. I have used this highlighter for months but my pan looks barely used. I don’t know if I’ll ever use this up and ironically, I have a backup. Lol. I am not sure if this is limited edition but I can still see it being sold at essence counters.

Texture

It is finely milled and ultra smooth. It is not chalky or chunky at all. It blends well and easy to apply.

Longevity

I don’t see it fading or disappearing on my skin, really. I think the reason I don’t notice it is that it’s as if it melts on the skin. I seriously can’t get over how good this is!

Scent

It does not have any scent.

Ingredients

Mica, Octyldodecanol, Boron Nitride, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, Magnesium Stearate, Isopropyl Isostearate, Dimethicone, Tocopherol, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Polyglyceryl-2 Triisostearate, Caprylyl Glycol, Hexylene Glycol, Silica, Dehydroacetic Acid, Benzyl Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol, CI 77491 (Iron Oxides), CI 77492 (Iron Oxides), CI 77499 (Iron Oxides), CI 77891 (Titanium Dioxide).

Overall, I really do recommend this highlighter. I hope that this becomes permanent in their collection because I swear I don’t want to run out. If you love that natural glow, be sure to grab one asap! Surely, you won’t regret it.

That’s all for today! I hope that I will have more time to blog this 2018. I really have a lot to review and share but my time is very limited. Let me know if you’ve tried this highlighter and if you liked it!
