Sorry for being MIA the past weeks because I have been super busy with work and travel. It makes me sad not to update my blog but, I got to do what I got to do. Anyway, hope that this update makes at least one reader happy. lol.

The Wet N Wild MegaSlicks Balm Stain is something that I did not expect to buy. I have tried so many lip stains and lip balms but I got very curious when one of my blogger friends mentioned it on Facebook. I only bought one shade at first but then, I couldn’t help but get more shades. The price is 299 pesos each (0.10 oz) but I got most of them at 50% off! It has the chubby twist-up tube, and I love that the cap closes tightly. I am not worried that it will open inside my bag.

Pigmentation & Texture

Pigmentation is superb. What you see is what you get. These apply smoothly. The texture is thin and glides easily. They are not sticky at all, and there’s really the cooling feeling after application.

Longevity

My lips feel moisturized while wearing these balm stains. Even when the moisture goes away, I am still left with a beautiful stain. The darker the shade, the more it stains. Lady and the Vamp is the best bet if you want a darker stain. All the rest will leave a natural-looking stain.

Scent

I can’t really describe how it smells because it is barely noticeable. There’s no awful taste too which I prefer.

Bang for your buck

They are pretty affordable at 299 pesos. Watch out for 50% off deals because these are really worth it. These balm stains are my go-to lip products when I don’t want to over think about what to wear. Try at least one shade and let me know if you like it!
