I am so thrilled to be part of this private event with Project Vanity and Pink Sugar! I have used Pink Sugar products since they launched and I have nothing but good praises for them. I have been following Liz’ blog for years and I am so excited as much as she is, to have her own makeup named after her famous blog, projectvanity.com!
There are four lip crayons on this collaboration and the shade names are so witty! They are Woke Up Like This, Ready In Five, Love At First Swipe, and Nothing To Wear. Each costs 399 pesos for 3.2 grams.

love at first swipe
Love At First Swipe is a peachy cocoa. Oh, how I love this shade! This is definitely going to be one of the bestsellers since it is perfect for any time of the day. I love that it does not appear too brown on my lips.
woke up like this
Woke Up Like This is a muted pink “my lips but better” (MLBB) shade. This is also one of my favorites, and I have worn it out, at work already and also while writing this. I noticed that it went darker on my lips and it left a stain! After a meal, the stain remains and I love that I won’t worry about retouching. I highly recommend this shade to all skin tones!
ready in five
Ready In Five is a hot pink shade that effectively brightens the face! I love that this does not wash me out nor make me look like Nicki Minaj! This shade is based on Project Vanity’s logo. It is a playful pink that is a nice pick-me-up shade!
nothing to wear
Nothing to Wear is a deep, plum shade that is obviously my cup of tea! This shade caught my eye first. I am a big fan of deep, dark shades because they suit my skin tone well and they somehow make me feel more beautiful. This shade can be subtle with one layer and can easily be built up to look more opaque.
By the way, all the lip swatches and portraits are taken with Canon M3 (Auto Mode/Macro Mode) and under natural daylight. I love our huge window!
Pink Sugar really takes their makeup game seriously! For 399 pesos, these lip crayons are strong contenders of my current favorite lippies! These lip crayons cater to all skin tones, they apply smoothly on the lips without tugging, they are matte but non-drying because of Shea butter and Vitamin E, and they also have subtle to no scent nor taste. Woot! Woot! These lip crayons are paraben-free and cruelty-free too!
These lip crayons can last for several hours on my lips sans eating/drinking and they leave a beautiful stain! I highly recommend them to everyone!
They also released three new shades of their HD Lipsticks and new Honey I’m Good Eyebrow Kit! Watch out for my reviews and swatches on them!
Just a quick disclaimer, these lip crayons were given for free, but I am not paid to talk about them! As always, my reviews are honest and based on my experience while using these products!
Which shade do you like most and will you try these lippies? Would love to know your thoughts!
