Quick FOTD: Orange & Watermelon!

I really dislike the heat of Summer because it is freaking 32 C/90 F weather but feels like 40 C! Ughh! On a positive note, I like wearing bright, colorful and fun colors whether on my face, or my clothes. Today, I decided to wear something fun to complement my brick-red brown and peach lips concoction. Below are the products that I used for today’s look.

By the way, all pictures were shot from my iPhone. I should remember to bring my Canon digital camera next time to have better photos, but hope you still like them!

Orange FOTD

mac rubenesque

I decided to use my MAC Paint Pot in Rubenesque as a base. It is actually very pretty on its own. It is duochrome shade of orange and gold. Natalie of Natzisstash made me decide to buy it because she loves it! I initially disliked it because it swatches kind of sheer, but it is a buildable color and lasts pretty long on my oily eyelids. I smudged the Urban Decay Glide-on Eye Pencil in Corrupt near my upper lash line for definition. To intensify the eyelid shade, I applied The Body Shop’s Shimmer Waves 2nd shade (from the top) over it. On my crease, I applied the 3rd shade.

For the lower lash line, I decided to smudge the Happy Skin Eye Am Here To Stay in Watermelon. I love this shade!!! It goes so well with the orange shade and it doesn’t smudge easily!

Covergirl Lashblast Black Brown

By coincidence, I used my Covergirl Lashblast Volume waterproof mascara in Black Brown to prettify my eyelashes, which is in an orange tube! Hehe.

The Wet N’ Wild Megalast Lipstick in Cinnamon Spice was too dark for my liking, so I decided to top it off with my MAC Cosmetics Limited Edition Toledo Collection lipstick in Oxblood. This pair is so pretty, OMG!

Orange you Awesome

That is it! A quick FOTD (Face of the Day!) for you all! I have a lot of blog posts coming up so I hope you continue to visit my blog for your beauty fix!

Have a great weekend!!!
