On My Nails #9: Super Easy “Easter Egg” Nail Art!

Easter Egg Nails

Ahhh, the natural lighting from my room window is just so perfect for my photos! With a little brightness and contrast, PERFECT! What do you think? πŸ™‚

I thought of changing things up a bit because I’ve reviewed so much lipsticks lately. My creative juices were so active yesterday that I decided to play around with my nails. Nail art is never my thing, but since I watch a lot of YouTube videos, and have tried watercolor painting, I somehow got interested to try it. It’s been months too since I last posted about nail polish! See them all HERE!

Since Easter is on Sunday, I thought of doing an Easter Egg Nail Art. I admit that I could have done it better, but I am pretty much satisfied with the result. I don’t think I need to teach you how, but hope you can get inspired with what I came up with and try it too!

I did not bother putting a base coat but the rest of materials used were:

So I basically just painted the base with the Banana Split shade, leaving my ring fingernail, and then painted it with Audrey. Next is to just pour some nail polish on the palette so that it will be easy-breezy to dot and apply over each nail. Just apply dots all over. I should have done it with a pattern but I thought of it after the fact. Hehe.Β Once everything is pretty dry, apply the top coat so that it will make the surface smooth. Clean up the edges with acetone. That’s it!

Hope you liked this short and “different” post from me. Hehe.Β I will be moving to a different department at work so I am not sure how things will change. Hope that I will still be able to update my blog at least two times a week! If you have any suggestions, feel free to drop them in the comments below!

Have a Happy Easter!
