{Loverly + PlumpCheeks} Bridal Beauty Inspirations!

EDS_ (966)

It was not too long ago that I walked down the aisle, so writing about anything about weddings excite me! The friendly people of Loverly reached out to me to create my own bridal beauty inspirations based on the bridal gowns from their website.

I love wedding gowns that have laces, that’s why I asked my couturier to make my bridal gown with them. My gown was not made by a well-known designer but I love how it turned out especially because it was the design that I wanted and it definitely flattered (a lot of) my curves. Ha! It was an A-line wedding dress that did not emphasize my tummy (lols) and the top front design was a sweetheart pattern.

Anyhow, let me now show you my bridal gown picks and the makeup that I will pair with them. Hope you like them!

Loverly Wedding Gown 5

This gown is really super gorgeous!!! I love that it does not look so traditional because of the sleeves. I also love that it is a sweetheart pattern which flatters a women’s body. The gown looks so soft and eye-catching. The makeup items that I picked for this gown are below:

Bridal Beauty Set 1

A primer will keep the makeup fresh all day and a long-lasting foundation will even out the skin and make it look flawless! It needs to be low in SPF to prevent white cast on photos! I love the Urban Decay Naked Palette for brides because it will keep the eyes neutral but pretty! I also chose a long-wearing eyeliner to prevent smudges. For lips, I want a muted pink shade so that the face will still look natural.

This next gown is just super pretty! It is also not pure white and traditional, but the baby blue color really made it more interesting!

I also love how the design hugs the curves of the waist and the wedding train looks so soft and flowy! The makeup items that I will pair with this gown are below:

To blur out the pores, we have the Benefit POREfessional to work its magic. It really blurs them our perfectly for a picture-perfect face! For foundation, the L’oreal True Match will keep it natural and semi-matte. It has a low SPF to prevent white cast on photos. For the eyes, a pop of blue would be nice to complement the dress. I will also use a long-wearing eyeliner and mascara to finish the look.

Loverly Wedding Gown 4

This bridal gown is just too stunning! I love the pink shade. It looks princess-y and very elegant. I love the accent on the waist, and the sheer lace as a shoulder strap looks very sexy and unique. The makeup that I will wear for this dress is below:

This gown is best paired with some eyeshadows from the Urban Decay Naked 3 palette. Trick is actually a rose gold color that looks great on the eyelids. A bridal makeup will last the day with the help of a setting spray and this one from Urban Decay is definitely the best of the bunch! For the lips, I still wanted to keep it natural and youthful, so I picked a pink shade for this look.

I just need to add this gown for this post. This one is so elegant and vintage-y. I love the lace and the bead work. It reminds me so much of my gown but mine is just pure white. My makeup picks for this bridal gown will be below:

I want to pair this dress with a classic look. The Urban Decay Naked Basics 2 palette have the shades for the eyes to keep it minimal. A cat eyeliner makes it more standout. I love the Laura Mercier Gel Eyeliner in Noir. I want to keep the cheeks subtle with a bit of natural shade of blush, and then brighten the high points of the face with a highlighter. The Viva Glam Rihanna lipstick is one of my favorite shades of red because it suits all skin tones.

I created the makeup images at Polyvore. You can add me if you have an account! I hope that you enjoyed reading my post for today and may it help all of you who are still looking for makeup inspirations, and still looking for the “right one”! Haha!

Have a great week ahead!
