On My Nails #6: Love & Beauty by Forever 21 Nail Color

IMG_1151

When I go to the mall, I usually don’t have a shopping list on hand so I sometimes end up buying things on impulse. That’s a very bad attitude, so please don’t be like me. If you want to buy something, do a little research first so that you will love what you get. Anyhow, I went inside Forever 21 at SM North Edsa, The Block to buy some nail art tools. Upon browsing, I saw the whole nail polish collection, and I ended up choosing colors that I liked. Because I do not have this Glitter Polish yet, I decided to pick it up. It doesn’t have a name on it, it just says “Blue/Pink”. It would be better if they put a specific name, right? The nail polish costs Php 150 per bottle, not bad for its size, so I picked up this, and the Sand Lacquer you see at the back.

The nail polish applied a bit opaque, but it looks better with two coats. I did not encounter any problems applying it on my left hand, but it was such a struggle on the right. I am right-handed so I shake a lot when using the left hand. It is a bit difficult to put the glitters on, because the second coat washes it away. *sigh*

I really loved how it turned out, but know what? I just erased it after taking the pictures. It looked horrible on my right hand, so I can’t wear it the full week. I can’t give you the longevity of this, so sorry about that. Maybe if I can master painting with my left hand, then I will be able to give a better review of this.

Overall, this nail polish is not that bad at all. It was just my painting skills that sucked. I still recommend trying this nail polish out. There are other colors to choose from. Maybe I should have gotten the clear one with glitters.

Hope you liked this review! Let me know if you have tried this nail polish, or if you have something similar like this!

Have a great week!
