NARS The Happening Palette

Nars1
This is the most expensive makeup I have to date, and I don’t regret buying it. I got this for Php 3,750 ($85) at the NARS boutique at Rustan’s, Makati City. It was a limited edition palette released for the Spring season, but I think it can also be used for Fall.
I actually wanted to buy the Laguna bronzer, but the sales associate had me buy this instead. I thought it was a good deal anyway, since I do not have any NARS products yet, and getting eyeshadows, a blush, and a bronzer in one palette was definitely worth it.

This palette has four eyeshadows. They are Night Star – Sheer peach with gold pearl, Gstaad – Shimmering taupe (New/Limited Edition), Kuala Lumpur – Boysenberry infused with gold, and Coconut Grove – Deep taupe brown infused with gold.
I do not like Night Star that much because of the glitters. It goes all over my face! The rest of the shadows are a-ok, but Coconut Grove has the best pigmentation from all the rest.

The blush is the most famous, Orgasm- Peachy pink with gold shimmer, and the bronzer is Laguna- Diffused brown with golden shimmer.

Good thing that I did not buy the Laguna bronzer on its own, because it hardly shows up on my skin tone. It fits perfectly for pale skin. The Orgasm blush is a hit for me, not just because it is a very pretty shade but, and it is very long-wearing!

You can check my older post when I used this palette here.
Overall, I like this palette, but it can be better.
I hope to own more NARS products, if I have extra money to buy more. I will review the firming foundation soon so hope you can come back for more updates.
Thanks for reading!
Stay Gorgeous!
